The Vastu Yoga is pleased to facilitate a comprehensive 200-hour Foundational and 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training. This training offers a broad base of the fundamental principles of Yoga and the practice of wellbeing based on essential Hatha yoga postures and philosophy. The Vastu Yoga Teacher Training is registered and accredited through Yoga Alliance. The VYTT 200/300 adheres to Yoga Alliance program requirements. Topics are relevant to Yoga Alliance’s five Educational Categories and will prepare you to teach yoga to a broad audience. The VYTT is grateful to have expert luminaries from around the world joining our teacher training faculty.
The Vastu Yoga Teacher Training introduces prospective yoga teachers into the physical, historical, and philosophical tenets of yoga. As you journey toward becoming a yoga teacher or simply to deepen your practice, you’ll be immersed in various yoga styles to get an in-depth understanding of the full yoga spectrum. You will gain the skills to become an effective teacher in public and private settings, and you’ll receive the business essentials for creating and marketing yourself. On completion, you will be qualified to apply as a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
